   Smith Werder has been my vendor of choice for all of my brass needs since 2017! The brass and customer service are both top quality. As far as I can recall, all of my orders went out the same day and delivery was 2 days later. Boxes are very well packed to prevent damage or loss of brass due to rough handling.

   In my last order, USPS had mishandled the boxes so badly that the barcodes weren’t even readable by the scanners. My mailman said he had to type the numbers into the scanner by hand. Even with the mishandling en route, not a single case was missing!
   The brass is packed really well and beautifully polished, to boot!
